Health & Safety / Risk Manager (Full-time)
Applications are invited from registered Occupational Health & Safety Practitioners for a position as Health & Safety / Risk Manager for Courts (Mauritius) Ltd on a full-time permanent basis.
 
Main duties / Responsibilities
• Provide assistance in the compliance of current Occupational Health & Safety legislation
• Conduct safety inspections and audits, risk assessments and accident investigations in all Courts locations
• Promote a safety culture across the company
• Assist in safety awareness and health promotion activities and accident prevention programmes.
 
Candidate’s Profile
• Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health from the University of Mauritius and/or equivalent
• At least 5 years experience as Health & Safety Officer / Manager in the retailing/distribution sector
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Ability to conduct briefing sessions on health and safety
